1)  Q What time does the school day begin?
A
Students may enter the school building at 8:30 when I pick them up from our line on the parking lot side of the building.
2)  Q When can students eat breakfast?
A
Students will be served breakfast starting at 8:35 a.m. after I pick them up outside and bring them to our classroom. Breakfast ends at 8:55 a.m.
3)  Q What are the school hours?
A
The school day is 8:40 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with breakfast beginning at 8:35 a.m. Students arriving after 8:50 a.m. must report to the office in order to receive a late pass- this pass must be given to the classroom teacher.
4)  Q Do I need to send in a note if my child is absent?
A
YES! Please send in a note explaining your child's absence as we must have documentation for attendance purposes. If a doctor's note is available, please send it in as well.
5)  Q Can I celebrate my child's birthday?
A
Yes, the child LOVE to celebrate their special days.
6)  Q When does my child have physical education?
A
We have PE Tuesday and Wednesday. Please have your child wear sneakers.
7)  Q Will my child have homework?
A
YES! Homework will be giving Monday-Thursday.
8)  Q What is the dismissal policy?
A
The children will be dismissed via the art door on the parking lot side of the building.
9)  Q What is the Tisdale uniform?
A
Students may wear tan or navy blue pants/skirts/skorts. Shirts are to be light blue/navy blue/white/yellow. Shirts are to have collars. Students may wear sweaters in navy blue/white/yellow. Sweater can not have a hood attached and should be solid- no designs allowed.
