The Bridgeport School District offers to you - elementary and middle school students, teachers and parents - a research tool that you can use in your classroom or at home. The KidSearch Database gives you access to over 200 children's magazines with full text articles; Funk & Wagnall's New Encyclopdia; American Heritage Dictionary; Encyclopedia of Animals; the top 30 national and international newspapers and a collection of over 106,000 images. There is a special section for teachers that will give access to the ERIC database of current educational journals.

To access the Student Research Center database, click on the link above and use the following information:

The password: hawks

Once you have entered the User ID and password, click on either the Student Research Center or Kids Search to begin your research.
