Assistant Principal's Message:

It is my pleasure to welcome you and your family to the Geraldine W. Johnson School. We are very proud of the rich heritage that Mrs. Johnson brings to our school and the legacy that she continues to create in the City of Bridgeport. I consider it a privilege to serve as your assistant principal. We are expecting that great things will happen here at Johnson School and we are looking forward to working with all the families represented here. This school draws from many communities within the city to make up our student population. Our staff is also unique because it is a compilation of experienced, dedicated people from various schools throughout the district as well as some who are brand new to Bridgeport. We expect that this diversity of staff and students will make our school an interesting, challenging, and unique place to learn and work. We are also expecting that our students will become lifelong learners who will graduate from a Bridgeport Public School college ready and prepared to succeed in life. Again, welcome to the Geraldine W. Johnson School: A place where the Learners Today are being prepared to be the Leaders Tomorrow.
