Welcome: I would like to invite you to travel with me through time as we leave the old Waltersville School at 95 Gilmore Street behind and continue our excellent educational offerings at the new Waltersville Elementary School at 150 Hallett Street. This nationally and locally recognized school, located in the East Side of Bridgeport, Connecticut is focused on education and on proficiency in the performing arts. Our more than five hundred students are being served by a cadre of highly enthusiastic teachers whose commitment to education has been proven year after year. We also boast classical ballet, violin, cello, band, and African drums instruction for all students with a desire to learn. And, we are currently expanding our fine arts programs with painting, drawing and ceramics.  In addition to all of  the services offered to our students, we take pride in our state-of-the-art computer lab which has 28 internet capable stations, and access to the Internet in every classroom.
