Columbus School was inaugurated in October of 1966 and it is located at 275 George Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut. We are a Pre-Kindergarten through sixth grade school. The 85,255 square foot building contains more than 40 classrooms and specialized facilities including a Library/Media Center, Art Room, Gym/Auditorium, and Cafeteria. Our current enrollment is about 700 students and the educational program includes a bilingual component for Portuguese and Spanish speakers and special education programs. Along with traditional classes, Columbus School offers a wide variety of extra-curricular activities and sports. |
